Pet care experience
From age 10-20, I had a trouble-making but hilarious cocker spaniel and I've craved my own dog ever since he passed. Unfortunately, school and moving for work have prevented me getting my own again for now. But, I relish every opportunity I get to play with my friend's dogs and I've lived the last 2 years with a roommate who has a wonderful husky. Dogs just make life better and I would be thrilled to be able to provide an alternative to a kennel for pups when you are out of town. I love meeting new dogs and behavior issues don't really bother me. I'm generally easy-going and love every chance I have to be with dogs.

Ben was great with my little pup Milo! This was his first Rover stay and he stayed over at my apartment for 1 night while I was in Seattle. He kept us in the loop and made sure that Milo got enough exercise and was a happy guy while we were gone! I would definitely recommend him to others!
Ben is a true dog lover. He owned a cocker spaniel named Sandy for all of Sandy's life, beginning when Ben was very young. Sandy treasured Ben's care and love and Ben was a constant friend to Sandy. Since Sandy passed away, Ben has buddied up with a variety of dogs owned by friends while he has attended college and graduate school. He loves giving them a scratch around the ears and taking them for walks. Ben expects to get his own dog when he finishes graduate school and moves into an apartment of his own. Ben already does some dog sitting for a friend's dog named Shadow and loves doing it. He will be a great dog sitter for any dog. Charlie C
Ben is a nature lover and a dog fanatic. He understands dogs and what they need, and he loves to be outside - what a perfect combination! He has grown up around a multitude of dogs and knows how to care for them. He is thoughtful, patient, compassionate and a problem solver by nature. He is someone who can be trusted with your special family member. Ben is a smart, responsible graduate student who would be the perfect person to house/pet sit, dog walk or just visit your dog and spend some time. You would be lucky to have him caring for your dog, and I know that Ben would love every minute of it as well!
Ben would be your dog sitter dream come true. He is a warm, conscientious and loving person who cannot wait to get a dog once he completes graduate school. Ben took great care of a cocker spaniel when he was growing up. Ben loves the outdoors and would take long dog walks. No question that your dog would be his priority during its stay.
