Ben has had a dog and cared for his dogs his entire life (almost 22 years). His most recent dog was a standard poodle and he loved to play with her in the lake and take her for walks on the Kettle Moraine trails. They grew up together since he got her as a puppy at 4 years old and she lived to 16. He was kind and loving to her his entire life - paddling around the lake with her in the paddle boat in summer or playing outside with her in the winter. She got lots of exercise and especially loved to play tug with Ben every single night even as she got older. His usual place while watching TV would be lying next to her bed by the fire, petting her. Ben has been a Resident Assistant in the dorms at UW-Milwaukee since Sophomore year and plans to continue through graduation in December. He is a very responsible person and makes friends easily. He has always worked many jobs besides going to school including many years of being a lifeguard at a water park, working at the Target Warehouse, a paid internship at the Boerner Botanical gardens, and as a grounds person for the Brewers organization. You couldn't ask for a more responsible or loving person to watch or walk your family pet!

Our son Ben has grown up around the family dogs. He always loved them as part of our family. He was able to train and care for them as with kindness and respect. Taking walks with Shadow were always one of his favorite things. He is a smart and caring young man and would be respectful of the dogs along with all of the dog parents.....I guarantee!
