Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs in our family, and I am a dog owner myself. We have just moved to SF recently, and I work from home, so am flexible for walks and playtime throughout the day. I have a 5-year-old dachshund, Bucky. He is quite chill at home, and is friendly with dogs that stay with us. We would love to take care of pups in the area and meet new dog friends for Bucky! I know how important it is to keep your dog’s normal schedule and can accommodate any training habits. I’m able to take care of small to medium dogs. We have parks around us for nice walks, and your dog would have Bucky as a companion while staying over :)

Benita is a very patient and loving dog walker, she walked my dog couple times before and took my dog to the dog park. I trust her with my pet very much!

It would be important for me to understand the personality of your dog. Any behaviours around other dogs or people on walks I need to be aware of. Things they like and don’t like etc. all to help me better take care of them while staying with me.
A typical day
I like to give dogs some mental stimulation as well as physical exercise. If your dog likes to play games like fetch and tug, I’d be happy to play with them at home or at the park. If staying at home, I can also help you improve any current tricks you are training, or play some mental exercise games with them. We have many parks around us, and I normally go a longer walk with Bucky in the afternoon around the neighbourhood, would be a good chance to do some pack walks for both dogs!
