Hi! I’m Ben - I’m a 26-year old native NYer and huge cat & dog lover who lives in Midtown East. I went to UPenn for college and worked in tech, and I’m now pursuing my Master’s degree in the city. I have lots of experience caring for beloved pets of my own and for my friends, doing everything from the month-long catsitting job to the one-off dog walk (and potty break) around the block! In college, my roommates and I lived off-campus and took custody of an adorable stray cat (Lima) for a couple of years. We kept her healthy and safe and generally well-kept for. Of all the members of the household, I’d like to think Lima liked me best! She was full of energy and I had to think of creative ways to tire her out so she could leave us to focus on our studies. At night, she would always choose to sleep by my feet. Although I’ve never owned a dog myself, I do have experience taking care of them for my friends who needed someone to housesit and walk them. I’ve walked all kinds of dogs, from massive and muscular pit bulls to tiny Yorkies. I would always offer my services willingly because I just loved doing it so much!
