I have 2 dogs, a male German Shepherd (7) and a female shepherd mix (11). They're neutered and spayed, respectively. I grew up with cats and a dog my whole life, so I'm open to watching them also. I have a step child who is extremely allergic to cats, so I no longer take cats into my house, but will watch them in your house.

Ben currently owes two dogs with huge differences in personalities and energy levels. He provides both dogs with a balance amount of firm leadership, loving attention, and exercise to allow them a home they love and protect. Dispite our varied and sometimes strained hours at work, Ben always has a plan or back up plan to take care of his dogs needs and has never let them down. We have a fenced back yard and dog door. Usually if I go in to work and the weather is ok I will close a baby gate to the back room and open the dog door so they can go in and out when they want. When the weather is wet I try and limit the time outside to protect the carpet in our house.

My German shepherd is very protective of our kids, so I require a meet and greet before any bookings with pets in my house. I have had personality mismatches before with reactive dogs. I would rather cancel an appointment than potentially deal with dogs fighting.
A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood, runs (less frequent with my bad knee). My dogs love chasing tennis balls in the back yard. There are lots of windows in the front of the house to bark at cars that drive by.

Availability
Generally I work from home, and go in for a few hours at a time 1-3 times per week. So I should be physically with the pets most of the time. Don't run as much as I used to, but am happy to take dogs on walks or runs if they need to burn off energy.
