Pet care experience
With over 2000 hours of experience volunteering at a local dog shelter I've become comfortable working with different sizes, ages and breeds as well as dogs with various behavioral quirks. In turn, I'm always happy to meet your dog beforehand so everyone can get to know each other. With lots of experience working with dogs that have special behavioral considerations I know it can be stressful finding the right fit for your dog, hopefully I can help you find that peace of mind and forge a meaningful and helpful relationship with your dog. Most importantly I grew up with a dog, which means I know how important your dog is to you. Nothing is better than getting home to a wagging tail and a happy face excited to see you.

I think being able to leave a dog in the hands of someone else and know that they are being taken care of and treated well is one of the biggest keys to being able to take time away from your pet.

If your dog is afraid of strangers or reactive towards dogs or resource guards that is an important piece of the care puzzle but a totally manageable characteristic.
A typical day
Nothing is better than interesting smells on a walk and some good pats. Outdoor activities depend entirely on your location but no off leash exercising would take place unless instructed.

My job allows me to work remotely so while I have a travel heavy schedule in the Fall the rest of the year I am flexible most all of the time.
