Pet care experience
Always been around pets, especially dogs, since childhood. Absolutely love animals, and so does the wife. Both now semi-retired so we are looking to fill our time by doing something we love. Looked after friends and family pets previously… the longest stint being a Victorian Bulldog that we looked after for 7 months!

We have a reactive rescue sighthound so we’re nervous of leaving her with others but Ben was really accommodating - we arranged a meet up and then booked a day stay before leaving her for the full weekend. She was really happy with Ben & his family, she settled in well and enjoyed long walks and time on the sofa. We are really happy to book in with Ben again when we go on holiday soon.
Ben & Leigh cared for Nellie for the night after an initial settling in visit and to meet the family. They were very attentive and listened to what Nellie’s needs were. We felt very happy to leave Nellie and Nellie even let herself into the house!
Brilliant service would be using Ben again. Couldn’t ask for more. My dog was happy and loved staying at his. Ben was very welcoming from the start and kept in touch throughout my dogs stay.
Ben is a massive dog lover! He always makes a fuss of our dog… in fact he makes a fuss of any dog he sees! He walks our dog if we are working and loves spending time cuddling and walking him. As he walks miles being the local postman he’d be happy to walk as little or if needed miles with any dog!

The wife and I are semi-retired. I’m 46 years old and she’s slightly older. Both fit and healthy and love animals and being outdoor and active.
