Caring, experienced & responsible dog care
Pet care experience
I grew up around animals; my family had a gorgeous Labrador for around ten years and I rescued my dog Boyci four years ago. He has come on so much during this time. He suffered with separation anxiety and so I have worked with him a lot to build his confidence and improve his fitness. He is a great companion and it has been incredible to see him grow in confidence and settle.
Reviews
Ben is a natural dog carer. Charlie was really happy. We received many photos of his stay.
Ben is the ideal dog carer. He is clearly a committed dog orientated person who show’s attention to detail and professionalism at all times. Look no further for your dog’ needs and your peace of mind.
Branston had such a great stay with Ben. Ben kept us updated with how Branston was settling in and what they had been up to throughout the day. Would highly recommend!
Having never left our dog Max with anyone before, we didn't know what to expect. But, Ben (and Boycie) were excellent. Put us at ease and gave Max a real holiday. Couldn't recommend him more. Truly 5 stars

Safety, trust & environment
I consider myself to be a very responsible pet owner and decided to install a tall fence to ensure that Boyci is safe. The garden has sun traps and also shaded areas. I have a grassy lawn and also areas for dogs to play too.

Eating times, allergies, Triggers for any reactive behaviours. Injuries or niggles. What helps them settle in a new environment. If your happy me giving them treats.
A typical day
Typically I would be walking early first thing in the morning, play at lunch time with a 30 min walk and a longer walk just after 5pm. This can be adjusted to suit. Also if your dog likes swimming or is an area you would like to build more confidence I can also accommodate this as I swim with mine in the river too. Having more than one dog being involved in activity really helps with engagement.

I am lucky enough to enjoy the benefits of working from home and a great deal of flexibility in my role. I take Boyci out during my breaks as I love the outdoors. I also don't mind the rain, so you can be sure your dog always gets a good amount exercise if he's with me! Boyci and I live close to some rivers and so I can take them on swims. I am located close to some nice parks or the ridgeway. We are away from traffic but local to Didcot and Harwell town.
