Availability
January-July I have a very flexible schedule and can stay in your home and give your pets as much attention as they like. I occasionally have to be away for a few hours during the day. I am very busy August through mid-December and I am not planning on watching pets during those months.

A typical day
I like playing games, going for walks, and checking out parks. If your pets like to sleep with people, I like to sleep in bed with them. I can give active dogs a lot of exercise, but I also like snuggling with and sitting with and petting dogs once they get tired, or if they are are calmer or older.

Pet care experience
I have a lot of experience looking after both dogs and cats over the past 15 years. I love playing with animals and especially like going on walks with them. I have experience taking care elderly dogs, pets with special needs, and with puppies and kittens. I am patient and able to take care of each animal uniquely based on their personality and needs. My family all love pets and my sister is also a pet-sitter. I also have experience taking care of reptiles, fish, and chickens.

Ben was beyond amazing! He was respectful, communicative, and it's clear that he truly truly loves our pets and loves spending time and energy making them (and us) comfortable. This was our first time using Rover. I was a little nervous about leaving my dog at home for a week and a half and he sent me photos every day to allay any anxiety. We are so so lucky to have had Ben watch our pupper. I am just beyond words with how great he was. We could not have asked for anything better. I trust him completely. I will arrange my time off around making sure he can be the one that watches Gus next time we need to be away from home for an extended period of time. I just can't find enough good things to say about him. This is his calling for sure!
Ben was once again an awesome caregiver for our attention loving cat! We will definitely be rebooking. She was well fed, cared for and very happy when we arrived home. He sent many great pictures and updates that reassured us that she was doing great! Our house was clean when we got home. Definitely would recommend him to anyone needing a great caregiver for their pet!
