Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs since I was able to walk and have developed a special bond with all canine companions. I have taken care of my own dogs, neighbor's dogs, homeless and abandoned dogs and sheltered dogs. I live and breathe dogs, and my friends all know me as a dog whisperer. This past summer, I rescued three dogs from the Navajo Reservation in Arizona, and brought one of them back with me to Wisconsin. While in college for the past four years in Iowa, I volunteered weekly at the local animal shelter. I will take all of this experience and put it to good use to take care of your dog and all its needs. I look forward to taking care of your dog.

Ben took fantastic care of our 2 year old dog while we were gone for a week. We came home to hear about all the fun activities he did with our boy, and our house was clean! I can’t say enough about how easy of an experience booking Ben was. I’d highly recommend him if you’re looking!
Ben comes from a "dog" family- growing up and with dogs from the day he was born! Dogs are part of his DNA! He has volunteered at a rescue shelter, has dog-sat for many families and friends. Your dog could not find a better caregiver in your absence.

I can bring your dog to my place if need be, but would prefer your home. My neighbor has a small fenced in area we could use if the neighbor dog gets along with yours. Otherwise, I live right along the river, and we can walk for miles there :)

A typical day
I enjoy walking along the rivers and trails of this beautiful place we call home. i also like running, swimming, playing fetch. Essentially I am a dog, so your dog and I will get along quite well.

Availability
I currently have very few fixed responsibilities during the day, so I am able to adapt and work with your schedule. Dog walking is one of my few committed structured activities besides pickleball and play rehearsal.
