Pet care experience
I’m a college student who grew up with animals from all kingdoms. I love just about every creature there is, and I’m outside as much as possible, walking or running at all hours. I have some experience caring for both very young and old cats and dogs, as well as sick animals in general. I’ve been just about everywhere in Durham and the area around on foot. I have some health conditions that mean I have to be very active, and I’d love to have a furry family member with me on my adventures, or even just a trip around the block. I’ve owned pets all my life, and cared for other people’s as well, but since they don’t allow any in my dorm, I’m feeling very lacking in that department, and I’ve got a whole lot of saved up love to give.

Ben loves animals, and has a very special relationship with them. I saw this time and again with our German Shepherd, King. King would jump fences and run miles to be with Ben. He’d skip meal times more times than I care to count just to be next to his buddy Ben as he studied at home. Fortunately for us Ben took good care of our boy and walked him home just to see that King didn’t miss dinner. When King became ill and eventually put down Ben was the first person I thought to contact knowing that he would share our sadness. I believe our King was wise and a very good judge of people. I am quite sure that he would be pleased to recommend Ben to care for other dogs. Ben is a kind good person who can be trusted with your pet. I’ve known him for many years in the small coastal community in Chile where he grew up, and I do not hesitate for a second in recommending Ben Brooks to Rover.
Ben has loved animals from the time he was a little boy. We have had cats, rabbits, hedgehog, and quail. He has cared for chickens and dogs as well. In our neighborhood, there is a dog that always used to jump his fence to come to our house to hang out with Ben, who would then talk with him, feed and water him, and take him for a walk back to his owner. They had a very special bond. Ben is kind, trustworthy, and incredibly responsible. You would be very glad to have him care for you animal.
