My wife and I moved to Boston in June 2018 from Melbourne, Australia with our two “pups” - Taylah & Gemma. They are Australian Kelpies (Cattle/Farm dogs) who are both 15 years old - and don’t walk like they used to. I love walking averaging 20,000 steps a day and would love some company! Back home dogs are a way of life and we’ve always had one in the family. Our first family dog “Nicky” lived for 17 years and dads second dog “Nicky 2” lived for 14 years - and was best buds with my girls until she passed 1 year ago. Before arriving in Boston I was a Police Officer in the RIOT Squad so I can walk your beloved dog and keep an eye out for suspicious behaviour!

Ben was great! He showed up early to meet With Charlie so they could get to know each other before the walk. Super communicative, friendly, and professional!
Ben is the best! We had some hesitations that our dog would not respond well to a new comer in our apartment so we met up with Ben before hand. His execution of meeting our dog was flawless - focused all on him, didn’t address us before him, got down on his level, etc - which resulted in our dog being more receptive to him! Now Ben and Winston are best buds! Ben is so responsive to messages and always sends a recap of his walk with Winston when he wraps up. We’re ecstatic to have found Ben in our neighborhood!
Ben is an exceptional dog walker. I really don't think he could be topped! We are so lucky that our Millie gets to walk with him during the week. He is extremely communicative and trustworthy. And we can tell out pup just loves him!
Ben is awesome with my dog. She looks forward to her walks with Ben and he’s always flexible,dependable and a great communicator.

I’d like to be aware of their habits whilst on a walk. For example, my girl Taylah insists on walking on the left side of the sidewalk. Does your dog get along with other dogs, children and other animals. Do they prefer to walk briskly or stop and sniff every single tree in the park.
A typical day
Unlike a lot of other dog walkers, I only walk your dog one-on-one (or with a sibling). I will not take your dog to the local enclosed dog run. I believe dogs need stimulation so I’ll walk your dog through you local area. Length of walks depend on age and breed etc. Will take directions from all owners on preferred walking routes for their dogs (eg) avoid main roads, prefer to walk in a park etc. I’m very flexible. I’m happy to create a new route if desired.
