Pet care experience
I am a 23 year old Australian outdoor educator. I am here in the USA traveling, and have temporarily stopped to work in Boulder. I grew up with pet dogs all my life and have experience working with stock dogs. At home, my dogs enjoy trips to the beach, and to the dog park. They have a high prey drive and I love playing fetch with them. I have looked after quite a few dogs for friends and family in the past, from puppies to senior dogs. I have some experience administering medication, but would definitely want to be shown the ins and outs for your dog just to be on the safe side. I love working on training and behavioral problems with dogs of all ages and don’t mind taking all your dogs for a walk at the same time for no extra charge. I have a keen interest in training, and will maintain consistency of your existing program.

Ben is awesome! My German Shepard mix Lexi loves it when he comes over to play!!! She knows that when Ben comes over an adventure is happening! I would reccomend Ben to anyone who has a puppy who loves to play and get outside!
Ben is fantastic!! I met Ben while working for the City of Boulder, and it was clear to see Ben’s incredible work ethic. Ben is a very caring individual; whether it’s working on a group project, helping a stranger, or sitting my dog, Jaeger, he is constantly putting others first. Ben is the first to lend a helping hand, and it is easy see how much he truly cares for your pet. I trust Ben with my dog at the drop of a hat, he is the first person I call. I know that when Jaeger is with Ben, he is going to be exercised, loved, and treated just as I treat Jaeger (if not more pampered!). I highly recommend requesting Ben to take care of any four legged family member of yours!
Hi, Ben has looked after our farm on many occasions. This includes caring for our two dogs which he did wonderfully. His genuine love of animals extended to our cats, horses and cattle. Ben is responsible and reliable. He helped train our puppy in dog obedience and taught him to behave. He cared for our older dog who is arthritic and on a lot of medication. He ensured he didn’t overdo his exercise, while giving the puppy plenty of opportunities to exercise and play appropriately. Ben is extremely trustworthy, and I highly recommend him to any future employer. I will definitely ask him to look after our farm and many pets upon his return to Australia.
