I do not recommend Bella. On the day my cat was scheduled to start boarding with Bella, I texted her and she said she totally forgotten and was on her way to the beach... and asked if I could postpone until the next day or wait until 10pm...?? She then blamed it on Rover saying it had cancelled the stay, but I had confirmed with her just a day and a half before...?? After several back-and-forths, she acquiesced and I dropped my cat off that day, however, ...long story short, I ended up picking my cat up later that evening (same day) and cancelling the rest of the stay, which was supposed to be a week. My cat was terrified, hiding behind the oven, which smelled like cat urine, crying and hissing. I had never seen her in this state. (Fortunately I found another sitter and my cat is now with her totally happy and content). Bella is sweet, but I do not believe she or her house is fit for boarding animals.
