Pet care experience
I have grown up with both dogs and cats, and I have been dog sitting for almost a decade. I have dog-sat up to 7 dogs with different temperaments at once from different families, so I am skilled at monitoring new dog interactions. I have experience working with elderly pets and am able to administer both oral and injected medications. I also work at a stray rescue shelter where I walk and provide enrichment for rescued dogs and work with cats.

Bella came in advance to meet me and my cat, Sunny. She sent daily pictures and notes while I was gone, and Sunny was obviously happy. I felt very comforted leaving Sunny in Bella's care. I would recommend Bella for any pet care.
Bella was very responsive during her visits with my cats. She sent pictures and did a great job making sure they were fed the right amounts, etc. Highly recommend!

I would love to provide a fun and comfortable experience for both you and your pet! I have found that keeping a routine and incorporating a lot of exercise and play (or cuddles and comfort for mellow pets) has helped my dogs with separation anxiety. It has also helped the dogs I have dog-sat stay comfortable and adjust to being away from their homes/ families, or in a new environment. Please let me know of any concerns you have about your pet, such as issues walking on a leash or a favorite toy they hate to be separated from. Additionally, it would be helpful to know about your pet’s temperament and any physical concerns. I hope to make this a great experience for you and your pet!

A typical day
I'd love to take your dog on a nice walk around your neighborhood or even a run if they do well on a leash! I am also happy to play with them in a yard or inside depending on the dog's needs.

I am currently a university student but outside of class time I have a very flexible schedule and I am open with my availability. Throughout the weekend I am free to do drop in visits, or to take your dog on a long walk!
