Bekah was nice & friendly upon arrival. I was happy she accepted my dog in short notice. My dog stayed for only one night, so I expected it be superb. As the day went on, there were no pictures or any updates from her. Then the next day came and still nothing from her. I usually get many updates from my other Rover experiences. I contacted her that I will be picking my dog up at a certain time. She told me she had a family emergency so she wasn’t able to be there when I picked my dog up. When I got there, my small dog was with two larger dogs. Her dogs escaped and I had to chase them around to go back inside. It took me awhile and I was scared that her dogs were going to attack me because I did not know them at all. It was definitely not a smooth pick up for my dog. When I got home, I noticed an actively bleeding laceration on my dog’s paw. I was frantic and went to an emergency clinic to have it cleaned. When I notified Bekah about this, she did not know what happened. With this response and my pick up experience, I felt that Bekah was not attentive to my dog. I will not allow my dog to be taken care of by her and I do not recommend her.

Bekah was super accommodating to our dog since we were from out of town. She kept us updated throughout the night and took Evelyn for her evening walk. Will contact her again when we are in the Long Beach/ San Pedro Area. Thanks Bekah!
