Pet care experience
Hi I’m Bekah! I absolutely love animals I have had dogs and cats my whole life I currently have a 3 year old Queensland Heeler mix and an 11 year old tabby cat. I have alsovolunteered with both cats and dogs at the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region starting when I was 11. I have also pet sit for close family friends and neighbors for about 3 years now! I love all animals and I’m constantly surrounded by dogs of all shapes and sizes, cats, and horses!

I always make sure the pets I watch are my top priority taking care of them before doing anything else! I will always follow whatever instructions are left for me and try and spend as much quality time possible with your furry friends.

If your dog is shy or has special needs I would love to meet them a few times before coming to stay with them so they feel more comfortable around me. I want the process to be as stress free as possible for dogs and owners alike. If your dog has a specialized routine I would love if you could show me or walk me through the routine at least once so I can feel comfortable doing it on my own!
A typical day
I love to go on fun adventures with my dog and will take yours out and about as much as they need! If your dog is not big on hikes or walks I would spend time in your home playing or cuddling with them as they want.

Availability
I am currently a freshman at NAU! My classes are pretty packed tuesdays and thursdays but I have about a 3 hour break when I can come check in on your pets before my last class! My schedule is pretty flexible otherwise so I can come pretty much as needed in order to make the experience as close to your pets normal as possible!
