Pet care experience
I have been helping friends care for their dogs for the past ten years! My experience ranges from potty training husky puppies to carrying geriatric greyhounds up and down stairs to pet-sitting for an English shepherd, two border collies, a cat, and two bunnies under one roof. If your pets need walks, playtime, special medication or care, or just need someone around, I'm here to help!

Bekah, was great, very punctual and sent great pictures! One of my cats seemed to be comfortable with her; my other cat is just shy and she was respectful about his space, but made sure he was in the apartment. I will definitely be booking her services again.

I have two cats at home who are both almost 20 years old. They each have their favorite scratching beds, cat trees, boxes, toys around the house and in the evenings they have a part of the patio sectioned off just for them. I would love to have a dog here as well but one of my family members is severely allergic - oh well!

Along with any special needs and/or medications, I like to know your dogs' general routine ahead of time (when they're used to going outside or on walks, when they expect to eat, what they like to play with, etc) so I can help the time we spend together feel as comfortable for them as possible!
A typical day
When I can I try to take dogs for a walk around their neighborhood first so they can get used to me and show me around, and for especially energetic pups I charge up my fitbit and do some pace training so they can run off some steam! To cool off it's always fun to fill up a kiddie pool and let the dogs splash around, and then of course I like to give them time for us to play with their favorite toys before winding down for a rest.

I'm currently working part-time and remote, so my schedule is open and flexible. If you need an early morning walk or late-night check-in, I can accommodate!
