Pet care experience
Mom to 3 kids and 4 pets, including 2 sweet senior dogs and 2 kitties. I have a large fenced in backyard in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for walks. I’ve fostered animals through Delaware SPCA including a litter of 5 collies, a litter of 10 German shepherds (it was as crazy and cute as it sounds!), a litter of 4 kittens, plus animals with special needs including deaf/blind and tripod. I have experience administering medication including giving shots and oral medication. I’ve pet sat for multiple family members and even worked at a local doggie daycare through high school! Pets are family to me and your pet will be safe, loved on, and well cared for while staying with me!

We have a large secured fenced in yard so potty breaks are never an issue. Our neighborhood is in a beautiful location near Fair Hill. If you’d like your pup to get some extra exercise, we love going on walks as a family and can take them out in the yard for fetch, running around, or even playing with my two senior pups. I also have a very large finished basement if your pup isn’t dog or kid friendly where they can still get checked on and played with apart from my busy family.

Because I have young children, cats, and senior dogs, only easy-going and low-moderate energy dogs can board with us. No excessive barking (some barking is normal!). Female dogs preferred, but male dogs who are very submissive when playing are welcome, too.
A typical day
I love to follow my dog’s lead on how our day goes! Nice weather means we’re usually getting out for a walk or playing in the yard throughout the day. There are plenty of dog toys for playing inside and extra dog beds to keep them cozy while they nap.

I’m a stay-at-home mom and we homeschool so your pet will never be lonely while they stay here! Pets are very rarely if ever left by themselves when boarding.
