Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I can remember. I have always lived with animals and appreciate the joy and happiness they add to our lives. I am a vegan and am generally very passionate about loving our gentle and special companions.

Bekah was great! She arrived on time and was easy to text with about Jack’s walk. She gave him a potty break and water after his walk. We will definitely be using her again!
Bekah is a very caring and responsible caregiver of all kinds of life, but particularly pets. She has watched my own pet on multiple occasions and left my fur child happy, clean, well-fed, and loved. And my house too! While also being a great caregiver, she is very pleasant as a person - easy-going, funny, and smart. I cannot recommend Bekah highly enough!
If you're a worry wart like me, finding the right sitter for your fur baby is at the top of the list. Not only did Bekah lessen my anxiety with updates and objectively cute pictures of my dog, Doc, but she took him out in the community, to the local river and even got him a pupsicle! I might add, that my dog is a 90lb sheepdog mix, and she handled him very well. I even had a pet fish, Swim Shady, that she snapped a picture of and CLEANED HIS TANK (didn't ask her to). If you're looking for an energetic person and a lover of all creatures, Bekah will by FAR meet, and exceed, expectations.

A typical day
I enjoy walking and runnings through Duke Forest, the Eno River and Trinity Park with my canine companions. I also take my dog to the dog park. If your dog doesn't typically go to dog parks, I would be less inclined to take them as I wouldn't know how they typically interact with other dogs (or how other dogs would interact with them!)

I work in health care so I am not available on weekdays but I am available on weekends any time of day and am free to take care of weekend drop ins.
