Hello. I'm BJ. I am a 26 year old engineer currently working building houses for low income families in king county. I've finally found a job I love and now I'm looking for a job that fulfills my soul. I realized early on that dogs fill a place in the soul that we are sometimes not aware of and I am finally at a place in life again where I miss having furry, fun, energetic, loving companions. So I hope you will give me the chance to provide your furry companion with fun playtime and companionship while you take care of business. I am not shy around dogs and find all breeds, sizes and temperaments lovable. I have lived with and cared for a variety of different dogs ( rescue and from puppies) and an even wider array of other animals. I understand that every dog has their own attitude and personality and I enjoy taking it at their speed so I can get to know them. I do work full time, Tuesday to Saturday from 8 - 4:30 so my availability will be before and after hose hours as well as full days on Sunday and Monday. The most personal thing to know about me and my experiences is that I met my best friend and keeper when I was 9. My mother hoped she would help me recover from the loss of a parent. She became my parent/sister and was my constant companion and ride or die partner for 16 years before she asked to rest and I continue to miss her. During our time together we rescued and opened our home to a number of other companions who rounded out our family then were laid to rest when it was their time and now I currently have a kitten I adopted when moving across country.
