I've trained two puppies to adult and absolutely love watching and walk dogs for friends and family. I am an over attentive sitter and take way too many photos :) I work from home, so this makes it easy for me to keep an eye on any fur friends. I'm up around 6:30am every more and walk our dog Kobi for about a mile and then work out in the open area with lots of breaks for spontaneous play time. We have a fenced in backyard and also have access to a several mile biking/walking trail behind our backyard. Depending on the age of your dog, we can go for long walks or they can always have access to our doggy dog that leads to our backyard. We will also have planned breaks so that they don't get restless. Otherwise, they are free to lounge wherever they please and if you are okay with it, we will do some light training with treats to establish our relationship.
