I have taken care of dogs my entire life of all ages, shapes, and sizes. We believe in doggie diversity! Many of the friends we have cared for have had anxiety or special needs due to trauma they have experienced in the past.

Repeat customer! Brutus lives it with Becky and her pups. She makes sure he’s loved and gets him out for woods runs aplenty.
Brutus LOVES going to Becky’s. She keeps him active and her own pups are sweethearts so he has a play date. Don’t hesitate! She’s great 😊
So glad to find a place we feel comfortable leaving our pet. Becky sent great pics of Molly enjoying walks in the woods and running with the other dogs. I think she enjoyed her doggy vacation.
Brutus is so lucky to have Becky! He has so much fun with her and her pup Teddy. Lots of fresh air and fun is always on the agenda 😊

I do not have a fenced yard at this time so dogs that are at risk of running away will remain on a leash when outside on the property. Each dog guest gets a Tractive GPS to wear while they stay with us. I have 2 small dogs, a 14-year-old cockapoo and a 2-year-old poodle. We only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time so the dogs receive special attention and care. We do not use kennels or crates.

A typical day
The day starts with an outdoor potty break. Then we have a snack and some tea for our morning outing. Once we have gotten some exercise we have a nice breakfast (some dogs eat breakfast before if necessary). We go outdoors every couple of hours for a stroll or a quick potty break. We love to take walks and hikes on the property or go to nearby trails for some adventure and exploration. For dogs who can be loose on the property, we love to play ball, fetch with sticks, and tug-o-war.

I work from home so there is plenty of time to care for critters. We take daily walks or hikes in the woods. We have cozy nights at home snuggling on the sofa, munching on bones (with parental permission). All doggie holidays come with a high-quality photo memoir of their holiday at Serenity Farm & Woods! Pickup and drop-off fees are charged depending on distance.
