Hello! I am excited to walk your dog this summer. I am a school social worker that has the entire summer to spend with your furry best friend. I love to exercise and walk my own dog, who is a 65 lb husky lab mix. I'm looking to help owners out in need, while doing something that I love! Since I was a child, I grew up with pet dogs and cats. At the age of 14, I started my own pet sitting business where I would home sit and dog watch when families went on vacation. I have over 10 years of experience walking various breeds and sizes. I have owned and closely worked with labs, pit bulls, west highland terriers, and huskies. I have walked dogs below 20 lbs and dogs as large as 70 lbs. I understand that some dogs are high energy and need a longer walk than others. I'm comfortable with dogs that may need a few manners or are energetic, as my own dog used to be a puller when he saw squirrels. I highly enjoy exercising and taking walks. I am familiar with various types of collars, including standard, martingales, prongs, and e-collars. I have attended training with my dog for months where I was taught how to utilize each collar properly. I'm excited to work with you for all of your dog walking needs this summer!
