As an long-time dog lover, I have over 20 years experience loving, training and playing with dogs of all ages. I am a professional mess cleaner-upperer and I understand clearly that many mistakes are that of the hooman and not the pet. I have watched countless Dog Whisperer shows and the like. I understand the concept of being both a pack leader and a friend. I cannot accept cats despite my love for them. I am allergic. I can accept other types of pets including birds, lizards, hamster, etc. I used to be a 3rd grade teacher and our classroom used to be filled with pets.
