Pet care experience
*I am very experienced in medication administration for cats and dogs!* I have dealt with all types of dogs, big and small, young and old, friendly and shy. I can take a bite, but I do everything I can to never make a dog feel so helpless that they need to resort to that. I love to get to know a dog's personality and work on building a good rapport with each one. I also have two hairless cats, and one senior cat. While they're pretty friendly, I grew up with the typical 'Don't look at me' types of cats, so I'm not new to that either! There's lot of space in the house for them to avoid me, but no nooks they can get in where I can't find them. I am also a very experienced reptile/amphibian/arthropod caretaker as well as birds! So snakes, frogs, spiders, whatever you've got - I've probably dealt with it. Total animal person!

In my house, pets have free reign to go about as they please. Beds and furniture are pet friendly, there's a big back yard for dogs, and the house is climate controlled. If there is any special consideration you need accommodated for your pet, I take that very seriously and will implement it during our time together :)

If your dog needs any extra help with something like special dietary needs, mobility needs, and/or medications, please let me know so I can give them everything they need. Also, if they have any behavioral quirks I should know about (anxious, shy, territorial, food aggressive), please let me know so I can make sure we are all comfortable and on the same page.
A typical day
Dog parks a great for getting out a ton of energy, but I also live near a school with a good size field where we can run around if your dog does not enjoy socializing with other dogs, or if you'd rather they avoid those sorts of places :)

Availability
I'm currently a full time RN student, so when I'm not in the hospitals I'm at home studying. This gives me a lot of time to be with my buddies. Pets keep me company and lighten up my mood, I love to get their energy up and chase them around the house. My cats love to run up and down the stairs.
