I had my first family dog when I was 10 and since then have always had a dog in my home, until now when I moved out! I have experience with all basic dog needs (and cat needs) from living with a dog and volunteering at my old local animals shelter for 10+ years. I also have experience with some forms of medication (I’m an expert at hiding pills in dogs food!). I feel confident in my ability to gain the trust of almost any animal, as all mine have been rescues with not the best pasts. I’m big on caring about the boundaries your pet has and building mutual trust. I have the biggest passion for dogs and cats and just want to help really! I’ve never trained a puppy but I have handled them a lot at local shelter (and cleaned up after them) so I know how to shower them in love and also teach them what no means! I LOVE older dogs, and will go as slow as they need and give them all the love. Hope this information is helpful!
