Pet care experience
I’ve had a family dog in my life at all times for the last 20 years. I adopted my own baby, Rowdie, at 8 weeks old 8 years ago and then 2 years ago felt my heart open up to make room for 7 year old Kemba, who I rescued from the humane society in Pittsburgh. I am a dog lover almost to a fault and I would absolutely love to shower your pet with all the attention they could ever want! Both of my dogs are very healthy, but 5 years ago Rowdie needed emergency stomach surgery after getting into the trash- requiring him to be on a special diet and take daily meds for 6 weeks, so I do have experience dealing with dogs who need a little extra loving.

I have a fenced in yard that my dogs love to run around. There is a dog park located 5 minutes from my house that my boys enjoy. I live with my husband, who is also a dog lover, so there will be plenty of love given to your dog while they are at my house! I have a 35lb and a 65lb dog, both of which love other dogs. I have never had a bad interaction between my dogs and others. They are 8 and 9 years old and very sociable.

My main concern is that any dog who stays at my house is dog and people friendly! Any dietary restrictions and training protocols are obviously important too- my dogs get people food so I want to make sure I’m not making anyone sick during their stay! I don’t have any breed preferences because I love them all.
A typical day
I just moved to the area and would love to explore with your pet! I have 2 dogs that love meeting new friends. I like to stay active so I can walk with your dog as often as he or she wants :) I live with my husband so there are 2 people around to give all of the pups the love and attention they deserve.

Availability
I work part time as a dental hygienist in Sayre, PA. I am currently always available to dog sit/dog walk all day on Wednesday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s. I work 8-5 Monday’s, Tuesday’s and either Thursday or Friday of every week. I could do overnight care any night of the week for any dog that gets along well with other dogs (I have 2 in my house). I can also do evening walks on mon, tues and either thurs/fri depending on the schedule for any given week.
