Pet care experience
I have owned dogs and taken excellent care of all pets since I was 7 years old. I have also pet sat for plenty of people over the years, whether that was cats, fish, horses, or dogs. I intend to go above and beyond with your pets in the same way that I do for my own. My husband and I also own a dog training business called Connected K9 so your pup may even pick up some good habits from their time with us.

We have left our 8 year old Coonhound with Becca multiple times for weekend trips. She cares for our dog like it is her own. Becca and her husband own a dog training company as well, and usually our dog comes back better behaved than when we left her. And it is one of the few places we can leave our dog without her getting super stressed or anxious.

I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pup company. If I take your dog to the dog park, I will ensure that it does not interact with dogs other than mine to keep everyone safe and happy. I am almost always at home and if I have to leave the house, I will make sure that your pup is in their crate so that they can not get into anything. If I am walking your pet, all of my attention will be on them. If I am taking care of your pet in your home, I will make sure to leave everything as it is and to follow your care instructions to a tee.

I have extensive experience with special needs dogs, whether thats them being deaf, blind, or having specific behavioral issues. I have also dealt with dogs that have separation anxiety. Please let me know the things about your dog that make him or her unique so that I can make sure I am a good fit to accommodate their needs.
A typical day
I have a very high energy malinois who needs to go to the park at least twice a day. I will take your pup to the dog park and on long walks. For mental engagement, with your permission, I can also do basic training sessions with them in the home.

Availability
I work part time and have plenty of time to take care of your pets. If they are staying in my home, I am always here to keep an eye on them and make sure they go outside when necessary. I always take my two dogs on at least two walks a day and your pup would of course be able to join in. I have two dog parks in my neighborhood that are almost always empty so it would just be your dog and mine playing together. If I am stopping in to take care of pets in your home throughout the day, I have plenty of time in my days. My work shifts are only three hours long in the middle of the day. Outside of that, I can stop by whenever necessary.
