We have taken care of dogs since we were a kid. Our friends and family have relied on us many times to take care of their dogs and walk them while they are in vacation.

Very good communication and eagerness to know the best way to accommodate your pup while away from you. My boy is a lil indifferent with anyone outside of me but needless to say he immediately warmed up just off the energy of the property and host. I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving him in anyone care like I did when booking with these amazing people.

We have one acre with fence so your pups can roam around freely. Usually the dogs that board with us will wear a temporary RFID collar (doesn't have any shocks.) The RFID collar acts like a key to our house where the dog can in and out anytime they want to through automatic dog doors. There is a large size doggie door that connects the garage to a backyard to have shade and in case of raining and from garage to our kitchen. We usually do not put dogs in the kennels. We just let them roaming around inside and outside the house. But, we have 2 big kennels and 1 big playpen if your dog need it. We have 2 dogs that are friendly so your pups can get more social. There are 2 child/dog gates in our kitchen to separate dogs during meal times. Our second floor also have a gate for even more separation if needed. Our house is really closed to HWY 53 and HWY 255 and 20 mins away from HSV airport.

Before boarding it is important to know any food allergies, medications, or special needs. It is also good to know if they are friendly to other dogs and new people since we do not kennel the dogs unless you want us to put the dogs at certain time such as bed time. We prefer the dogs that are already potty trained since this is where we live. Dogs that are spayed or neutered are preferred but non-fixed pets might be accepted as long as they are not in heat or aggressive during mating season.
A typical day
Dogs boarded with us will go on frequent walks to experience a new environment in a dog friendly neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes away is a shaded nature trail with a paved greenway. Dogs can also enjoy an expansive 1 acre backyard that is fenced with a dog door to an enclosed garage space. There are plenty of toys to fetch or play tug with and each dog will be pet and appreciated.

Availability
Beatrix has to go to work but Adam works from home. Therefore, there is always a person in the house with your pups! We are available for boarding on weekdays and weekends.
