Dear Future Employer, In my time knowing Beatrice I have come to understand that she is one of the most dedicated, reliable and compassionate people you will ever meet. As her swim coach I watch as Beatrice arrived 20 minutes early to every practice in order to ensure she was available for any assistance needed for preparation of the practice. These practices started promptly at 6 a.m. in the morning, and while other young women would have seen waking up this early to help others as a challenge, Beatrice saw it as an opportunity. During the actual practice there were countless times where Beatrice took initiative to lead, especially when those around her wanted to give up. She proved to both me and those around her that she had drive to help others succeed. This drive comes from Beatrice’s amazing ability to care for others and put others before herself. She will go out of her way to help someone in need even if she barely knows the person. Beatrice is so compassionate and kind hearted and it was amazing to see every day at practice. Because of this drive and compassion I believe Beatrice would be a great worker for your company. She is reliable, and committed to helping others on a daily basis.
