Baylee was very nice and left our house as we left it. Unfortunately, we did not feel like our dogs were a top priority for her while she stayed with them. We had been told that she had a very flexible work schedule and could also work from home and that she would likely not be away for more than 3-4 hours. That turned out to be extremely inaccurate. The first full day she was gone for 10.5 hours straight (thankfully we had someone who could let them out for a potty break) and the other days she was gone for 9.5-13.5 hours total. The 3rd day we were gone, our pups were left for 13.5 hours with only a 45 minute potty break which left me sick to my stomach and wondering when our pups were even able to eat their breakfast and dinner. Since one of our pups was only 5 months old, it was important that she wasn’t left more than 6 hours at most and Baylee was aware of this request. After that day, we had a family member stop by every day to give the pups additional time outside the kennel. If you have older dogs that don’t require much attention or more frequent potty breaks, Baylee would be a good fit but if your pup is not used to be in their kennel for long days or is still young and needs to be out more frequently, I would recommend finding someone else who can be home more with them. I also would have loved more updates and photos as we didn’t really get anything about how they were doing but I didn’t ask for more updates so that probably could have been changed if I had asked.
