Hi my name is Batya and I am 23 years old living in SW PDX and training for triathlons! I am an active, friendly, and loving person, and would love the opportunity to help take care of your animals! I have been on Rover for many years now, and have helped a wide array of families with cats, and all sizes and breeds of dogs. My current job is my training for triathlons, therefore I am able to be around the house quite a bit, and never leave for more than a few hours at a time! I do also love running, so if walking isn't enough for your pet, I can take them for a run :)

I don't have any breed preferences! I prefer large dogs, but at the same time I love all pets. Before taking care of your dog I would like to know a little bit about your dogs personality and what they like so I can best make them happy without their owner there!
A typical day
I am a very active person and would enjoy taking your pet on a walk anywhere. Whether its around the neighborhood, a local park, some trails, or a dog park. I know we could have a lot of fun!!

Availability
My daily and weekly schedule will vary with my training for the week. But for the most part I swim, bike, and run at different times during the days. Workouts never last more than about 3-4 hours at a time, which means I will never be gone from an animal for more than this time.
