I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life and in the last 3 years that me and my husband have been renting, we haven't been able to have pets of our own. I feel like over the years I've done it all • tried to reason with an opinionated Yorkshire terrier • went cross country running with a German Shepherd mix • looked after a retired British shorthair breeder cat • raised and potty trained multiple litters of kittens back home • looked after gerbils, hamsters, bunnies, rats and many other house animals, I even had a pet chicken growing up! I love animals and really miss caring for them and getting to know their personality and their habits. I am very flexible as I am currently working from home and all I need for work is my laptop and WiFi so can work from anywhere and keep your pets company in the process. There's nothing I'd like more than caring for your pet and giving them attention. I'm happy to learn about your rules and your pet's routine to make sure they have a good time when you are away and you can rest assured that your loved ones and your house are being looked after. Happy to also negotiate prices for repeat clients as caring for a pet that I already know is so much easier after all. Just get in touch and we can discuss your needs.

I don't currently have pets of my own as we are renting and are not allowed. I am happy looking after dogs of any size and take them for walks when they need based on our discussion. I would like to have some resources to hand to make sure I take the best care of your pets when you are away and I am happy to send you updates and pictures about what we get up to during the day. Your pets' comfort and your peace of mind are very important to me so I will not accept bookings unless I meet with you and your pet beforehand and make sure we are both happy that we are a good fit together.

I always like to meet your pet beforehand to make sure they like me or at least tolerate me, so I'll always request a meet up before committing to a booking. I also appreciate having any instructions in writing so I can do everything right and just send you nice updates of your happy furry friend!
A typical day
If I'm pet sitting at your house, I can give your pet lots of attention and affection whilst working on my laptop or I can leave them be if they want to be on their own and just make sure they are fed and taken care of. I love a bit of play with cats and like going for walks with doggos and just keeping them company. I will respect your rules and routines to make sure your furry babies are as comfortable as possible when you're away.

I am just finishing my PhD thesis and recently started a new job working from home so I am quite flexible with my time and can come over to your place for however long you need, providing that I can access your WiFi and still do my work from your house.
