Where the Small & Elite Roam Free

Pet care experience

Unlike most of The dog sitters, I specialize in caring for the smaller indoor pets where sleeping in kennels and outdoor dog runs would be devastating to them and YOU. I board no more than two dogs in one reservation at any time, unless at the owner’s request. Indoor pets need a place where they can roam freely in the home and they have access to a backyard for supervised potty breaks. I don’t use kennels or crates unless at the owner’s request, so at night they sleep comfortably on their doggy bed or blanket, if your pet is not small but wants the same setting, I do make exceptions if its the right fit. I also take special requests (luxury or elite breeds, dogs in heat, rescue dogs that don’t interact with other animals) and you wish for the VIP stay where your dog is the only guest in the home. There is an additional $10 per night charge added for VIP stay. ** Although I focus on the smaller dogs, I have made exceptions and cared for dogs of all sizes and conditions. Just contact me and see what accommodations i can make to meet your needs. If it’s only for a few hours so that you can go hang out with your friends or family for the day, for whole weekend while you enjoy a mini vacation out of town, or you’re coming from out of town for an event such as a funeral, wedding, or family gathering, and you need a dog sitter to care for your pet during your special events, I’m here for you. *** All I ask is when you bring your fur baby, Please include the leash, a harness (if you use one), their bed they sleep in or blanket, one favorite toy they like to play with, and plenty of their treats they like to eat and, of course, their food- Portioned out for each meal (I don’t mind preparing the food for you as long as you provide instructions with the time and quantity for each meal during their stay with me in written form). If they are required to sleep in a crate/Kennel, I asked that you bring yours. I do have a medium size kennel that I use during feeding times, that is available during their stay if you are unable to bring yours. Otherwise, if you do not require them to sleep in a kennel, then your dog will sleep exactly as if they were home. I want your pet to feel comfortable and safe. if your pet isn't potty trained, please bring pee pads. It os crucial that you notify me if your four legged baby is not fully potty trained. There’s no additional fees, but I need to prepare my home for the stay. Note: “puppy” rates override “additional pet” rates. Im certified at administering CPR to your pet and currently taking courses to be a certified boarder with the American Kennel Club. My dogs are my kids, my life and I would never allow anyone or anything harm them. will treat your pet the same way- Loving, cuddling, back massaging, tummy rubbing are all free here!!!🐾🥰❤️🐕‍🦺🦮🐩🐕🐈🐈‍⬛🫶🏼 I also provide doggie daycare, pet drop off/pickup service for appts, dog grooming(wash n dry), drop-ins for all pets, and dog walking. I do not go to dog parks. I use air tags when necessary especially on walks. IM VERY FLEXIBLE. CONTACT ME AND SEE HOW I CAN PROVIDE MY SERVICES FOR YOUR PET. All requests are considered. I have some skills to supplement any training your dog has learned. Positive reinforcement is used for any training. Please don’t ever use punishment as a technique to train. Patience and consistency is the key. Please read my reviews! “NJOY LIFE PET SERVICES”

Over and beyond is how I’d describe today’s service! I loved how she cared for our dog and she even picked him up and drop him off! No issues!

Barbara was truly amazing! Lily had an amazing time! Barbara kept us updated throughout the stay with photos and videos of Lily. This gave us such peace of mind that our Lily was in good hands. We will definitely book with Barbara again.

My goal in caring for your pet is to provide an environment that is conducive to their comfort and happiness while you’re away. Your rules will be followed. I live with my two dogs, Roxi and Ace, therefore my focus and attention is all on your pet. I only care for dogs in my home. I provide plenty of photos and videos for you throughout their stay, i can FaceTime for you to interact with them where you can also talk to your pet for reassurance when your dog is to be cared by me in My Home. Currently Kern county dog parks are having issues other dog attacks, and increase in infections, so I will not use those facilities. I have a quiet, mature, cul-de-sac that I live in and provide daily walks in my neighborhood and they do not interact with any other animals. Potty breaks are provided using my inclosed backyard area where they can stretch their legs, but then we come back inside and enjoy activities- brain puzzles, hide n seek treat mats, fetch, and training (if you request). I believe in positive reinforcement. I WILL NOT TOLERATE HURTING PETS FOR THEIR BAD BEHAVIOR. 🩷🐾🌸 i use a reward system snd is the best way to train your pet.
