As a retired zoo person, and a cat owner for over 30 years, I offer a skill set of care for your fur baby unlike no other! Currently I have two cats myself which are part of my family. Care includes not only feed, water and bathroom duty; also the level of interaction with your pet that you wish! I am retired so have a very flexible schedule and will follow whatever time routine your special friend is use to in order to help them thru the time of missing you. Playtime if wanted or even just lap time, is just some of the extras I could provide. Specially available for cat care but do care of smaller dogs as well. Rates set for two pets per visit, additional for over two. Happy to meet in advance of your time away.

Who would not want this former zoo director to take care of their pets! Beth is trustworthy, cares about animals and with her background is knowledgeable about the habits and care of all types of animals. She is a long time cat owner which comes naturally as her Mom was a cat rescuer for many years. Our dog Molly would always go straight for Beth when she and her husband visited us. It was as if she was saying “Hey, this is an animal lover I can snuggle with!” You can be assured your pets will be well cared for and also loved by Beth!
Beth has spent her career working with animals, both domestic and exotic. She is a fantastic fur mamma and knows the importance of cleanliness and training. You can’t go wrong asking her to care for your animals. She is responsible and caring and will treat your pets as if they were her own.

A typical day
Every animal, especially smaller dogs, and even cats have special games and activities they like to do and I want to know what you do to play with your animals. A good 20 minute playtime daily is suggested and again that depends on the normal routine you have established.

Every day of the week is the same when you’re retired! Even holidays don’t interrupt routine or a scheduling need for your animal! So no if you were gone during a holiday trip that your pet, gets the same daily treatment that they would if you were home.
