Pet care experience
Hi, My name is Barbara! I am a senior in college hoping to get my bachelor’s degree in computer science and business! I’m a huge animal lover and for all my life I have had multiple dogs, cats, hamsters, and birds. However, the college dorm I am currently living in does not accept pets so I decided to work as a pet caregiver because I really miss having a cute friend to play with. I have played multiple sports for my whole life so I love to get outside and throw the tennis ball or kick the soccer ball with your sweet pet. I’ve volunteered for pet shelters and I’ve loved every second of it. I couldn’t imagine my life not being surrounded by furry friends so, I can’t wait to meet you and your pet family!

Barbara took great care of my 7 month old puppy while I was gone! She sent lots of pictures and updates as well which was great to help reassure me while I was gone!
Barbara took such great care of our German shepherd while we were away. She sent pictures and updates throughout her stay which were appreciated. And best of all, our dog seemed to really enjoy himself! :)

My favorite activity is throwing a ball for the dog and walking around nature. I love visiting Dolores Park, Golden Gate Park, Baker Beach and Huntington Park with the dogs I am taking care of.

I work from home with a flexible schedule so I have plenty of time. I am mostly available on afternoons and weekends but can adapt to your schedule as well.
