Pet care experience
I'm currently a retiree. I lost my loving golden retriever to cancer in 2013 after 13 years. I lone for a dog many days in nights but cannot financiallly. So just to be able to fill this emptiness and receive the joy they bring, dog sitting would be the next best thing. I love early morning walks,parks and nature trails. I enjoy playtime,snuggling and pampering. All pets must be well groomed with signs of good health. A happy dog that's less aggressive and playful. I love early morning walks and late evenings in the yard or just people watching on the front porch. I love brushing and massaging while holding a conversation. Don't forget the bedtime TV shows nodding on the couch. I love giving as much affection as possible.

Barbara was wonderful to our 2 pups! We evacuated for the hurricane and she was available at the last minute right when we needed her! She allowed us to visit the pups during our stay in Atlanta. She has a fenced in yard and takes the dogs for walks in the park. Our pups could not have been in better hands. Thank you Barbara!
Barbara was the perfect sitter. Beautiful gated backyard that allowed Bentley to run around. She provided timely updates with pic. I could tell from the pics Bentley was having a ball. Will definitely be using Barbara again if she has availability.

The dog temperament would be the first thing I would want to know. What is good or bad that they like or dislike. I prefer family oriented dogs that live inside and house trained. I love cuddle timer. I also would want to how the pet spend their time day, so I can incorporate as a tool to build confidence in a new environment.
A typical day
I believe in exercising. I take walks to the three local parks in my area an hour a day.. I also have doggy toys to play in the back yard, such as, balls, tug of war, fetch etc.
