Loving Sitter with Large Yard!
Pet care experience
I love dogs and our family has had dogs for most of my life. In January 2022, we had to put down our yellow lab Toledo. We currently do not have any indoor pets although a Meet and Greet is preferred. I am a homemaker and have a very flexible schedule which allows me to be home most of the time. We look forward to having visiting pets after the recent passing of our sweet dog Toledo. I treat all dogs as if they are my own. I have a large backyard and pool. The pool is not fenced. My home has stairs.

Barbara watched my pup for 10 days and I had no worries in the world, knowing Elle was being taken care of and loved!
Barbara was amazing with my senior guy. I received a couple of photos, and he received all the TLC of home. Barbara went above and beyond making BB comfortable, including placing a step for him to assist him up onto the ottoman. I wouldn't think twice about leaving my boy with Barbara again. My dog can talk. I can't get him to wag his head "yes' or nod 'no', but post sitting talking vs sharp barking is a definite indicator of his experience. Barbara was flexible, engaging with Roscoe, and completely transparent with everything. Her environment is very peaceful and quiet, and her family is part of the dog's experience. I have no qualms about re-booking with Barbara and consider ourselves blessed that she has opened her spacious home to canine guests.

A typical day
As mentioned we have a large back yard for lots of exploring. At this time long walks would be difficult for me so playing fetch in the yard would provide exercise.

I am retired so I am home most of the time. I volunteer with a local philanthropic group which takes me out of the home a portion of one day a week.
