Baili was so great throughout the process. She was communicative and responsive beforehand, and she also texted with updates throughout her stay with our puppy. She sent messages, pictures, and videos to make sure we knew how our dog was doing. We would recommend her to anyone and will absolutely look back to her in the future.

Baili is amazing! She stayed over the weekend to watch the dog and two cats, and I couldn't have felt more at ease knowing she was there. She was always on time, extremely communicative, and sent me a ton of videos and photos throughout the weekend of our pets looking happy and calm (or sleepy from playing!). Our apartment was in great condition when we returned too. Baili is an all around fantastic sitter and true animal lover. I highly recommend her and hope she'll be available to sit again for us the next time we need to get away.
