I am a huge dog lover and have been my whole life. I have been dog sitting for nearly 7 years now and offer both daily and weekly availability. I grew up with a Weimaraner myself for most of my childhood and it is because of our close connection that I treat all animals in the way I would expect someone to care for mine. This last year, I lost my own dog and so appreciate more than ever the bond between us and our furry friends and treat each animal that enters my home like they are family. I am more than experienced in administering medication or emergency intervention and understand the importance of knowing you are leaving your loved one in trusting hands. I truly believe that all pets should be treated with equal amounts of patience, love, and kindness. In addition, I am a huge hiker/outdoors person and would love to play/run/spend quality time with your pet in any way that would cater to them and make them feel cared for. I have looked after various dogs and cats of different ages, breeds, and conditions and have adored them all the same! I work casual part time, but frequently am able to clock out to visit back home (I live only 5 minutes away from work). Regardless, I rarely schedule my Rover obligations on the same days as my other job so I can give full attention to your pet! If caring for your pet in my home, it will be helpful to bring your pet's food in a bag as well as their own bowl at drop off so as to avoid any potential food aggression.
