I have only used Rover once because my initial plans fell through last minute. I was hesitant to use Rover because you can't do walk-throughs of the home. I don't know Bailey personally. I had a 3 hour window to find someone to watch my dog. Bailey was very professional and nice on the messages. She agreed to speak over the phone and was patient answering all my questions. I received pictures every couple days. I did have to request an update a couple times, but Bailey responded immediately and with a picture. My dog seemed happy during the stay and healthy during pickup. We didn't do an introduction with her 2 dogs. I regret that now as one of her dogs was never in the picture with mine and her other one. That makes me question if they had to be separated. Now I know what questions to ask in the future. If I use Rover again I will request Bailey.
