Give me a furry pet, and I'll give them a friend. As a runner and summer camp adventure guide, my energy will last as long as your playful pup's. I am also game for Netflix and chill with dogs who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. My childhood always included dogs. From my own loving yellow Labrador, to energetic Shih Tzus and clumsy Great Danes, I have loved them all. I also have exposure to veterinary care and boarding, as I volunteered every week at Sandy Memorial Animal Hospital in Hartsville, SC for a year. My duties included cleaning animal boarding facilities, walking dogs, bathing, playing with, and providing basic medical care for the animals. I also volunteered frequently at Hartsville's Humane Society. There, I walked, ran, and played with dogs at the shelter, and formatted profiles for their adoption agency. Many of the dogs did not have much training, but I was able to handle them well, and the administrator at the shelter grew to trust me as a seasoned volunteer.
