We really lucked out on finding Bailey for our overnight trip in Charlotte. She took great care of our Luna and kept us well updated while we were gone. We will definitely use her again when we are back in town.

I’m so glad we found Bailey!!! My husband and I moved to NC from out of state last year and have no close friends or family nearby to take care of our dog when we go out of town. My dog is truly my baby, so I was a little nervous about leaving him for 10 days while we went to Europe. Bailey was super responsive from the get go and was able to coordinate a meet and greet for us and our dogs. Bailey and Kingsley are so wonderful and nice, and their dog Cooper is extremely friendly and has as much energy as our dog does! A few days before our trip I reached to out to Bailey to see if we could arrange daycare so our dog could get more comfortable at her house, and Bailey was very accommodating and flexible to my short notice request for daycare. While my husband and I were on our trip Bailey sent us daily updates and photos, and even kept an eye out for any signs of my dog’s allergy flare ups. Bailey sent us the sweetest photos of our dog playing with (and cuddling with!) her dog Cooper, and it made me so happy to see that our dog was truly having a great time and being treated as part of their family. My dog is an only child and can sometimes have behavioral issues (barking, pulling, not great with sharing, etc.), but Bailey could only say great things at the end of our dogs stay so anything that did arise she dealt with extreme grace and compassion. Since coming home, our dog has been napping and recovering from his 10 days of play and hanging out with his buddy Cooper! I will definitely use Bailey again for daycare and boarding, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is also a “crazy dog parent” like myself. Thanks again for everything, Bailey!!
