Pet care experience
I’ve cared for dogs for as long as I can remember. We’ve never had less than two dogs in our household and I’ve navigated caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy types. I have my own personal experience training and walking pets and have also been trained in animal handling and behavior from my time working at the Oklahoma City Zoo.

I can walk dogs most anywhere, but I prefer to stick to either local parks or residential areas with good walkways to best ensure the safety of all dogs involved.

I prefer that dogs I walk be leash-trained or have some familiarity with leashes/being walked. It is a matter of safety for me. I love hunting/pointer breeds, but I don’t have any breed preferences.
A typical day
As an avid walker/hiker, I love exploring urban wildernesses and I think they are great places for dogs to engage and utilize their senses. My dogs are personally huge fans of frisbee and fetch, so I am well prepared for a dog of more active play interests.

I’m a part-time graduate student (currently online), so I am fairly flexible in walking. Please just let me know in advance of any recurring arrangements so I can adjust my schedule to fit your needs!
