Pet care experience
One of the things that would set me apart from others is that i really enjoy hanging out with pets. I also have good experience with animals that like adventuring. Pulling and tugging I am also able to deal with whether they are medium sized dogs or big dogs. When ever they pull or try running after other things, I know how to train them to not do that. I used to take my families Newfoundland dog on runs and even many walks. She was a major puller so I have been able to at train her to let my sisters take her on walks without pulling.

Azariah did a great job taking care of my pup. He was responsive and made sure my dog was safe and comfortable.
Azariah did a great job. He visited us about a week before our trip and spent some time with our dogs as an introduction. Our dogs are not very socialized, and are very protective of our home. Azariah was not intimidated by them. He spent the week in our home with no problems at all. We were able to check in with him as often as we needed to feel comfortable, and he sent us some pictures and videos of our dogs while we were away. By the time we got home Azariah had made friends of our dogs. He did a great job, and I would definitely hire him again, and give my recommendation for others to give him a try! Azariah was a fabulous dog and house sitter. Not only was he able to accommodate my last minute request, he also showed up at 7 am to go over details for feeding our two dogs. Additionally, he was up for feeding and watering the chickens and keeping me updated with photos and how things were going. I could rest assured all was well on my trip and grateful I had a trustworthy and caring person watching my animals and home. Even while I was scrambling with last minute packing he engaged my oldest daughter with some math help when he heard her lamenting fractions. And to top it off, he offered to help bring my bags to the car! I feel very lucky to find him here on Rover and I’m sure you will feel the same!
Azariah has watched and walked my 2 dogs several times over the last year and has done an absolute wonderful job. Both my dogs love when he comes over to take care of them. He is very patient, loving, kindhearted and a genuine person. I believe Azariah would be perfect for this position!

A typical day
I love giving them scratches and relaxing on the grass with them. My favorite activity would be playing games with the dog. I could play fetch, chase, tug a war, and many more games.

I am currently in University but my love for pets would allow me to be flexible. If I have good communication for scheduling, I can do my best to work around it and shift my schedule and classes.
