I am a pre-veterinary student at the University of Hawaii. I have years of experience with animals and currently work at a Veterinary hospital. I also have experience in training as I successfully raised and trained a Seeing Eye Dog. I love all animals and will provide the best care for your beloved pet while you are away! Expect lots of pictures of your dog while you're not home!

My family and I were in need of a dog sitter for our two pit bulls, who (to be honest) have not done well with strangers (that we have tried to introduce them to) in the past. When introducing our dogs to Ayla, she was not only confident, but had a calming, approachable nature that our dogs responded to positively. My apartment building is pet friendly and has places outside to take your pet to the bathroom. All doors to rooms lock automatically and keys from residents are needed to use the elevators. I know how scary it can be to leave your pet with another person, but I can assure you that your pet will be in the best hands. I respect any owner's property when caring for pets in their home and will always leave the house the way I found it.

It is important for me to know if your dog gets along with other dogs, if they are food aggressive, if they are afraid of certain people (such as men), and what their favorite activities are!
A typical day
An important part of dog care is keeping them active and exercising to maintain a healthy animal! I love hiking and working out so I know many dog-friendly hikes I can bring them on or places just for a more relaxed walk.
