Aygul and Abby got along extremely well. I received pictures/videos and updates of Abby during her stay. I felt very comfortable that Abby was in a loving, safe environment. I will definetly have Aygul keep Abby in the future if I need fur baby help.

I would give 0 stars if I could, but unfortunately that isn’t an option. If you want to worry about your animal constantly and to have your time away be extremely stressful, book Aygul! I boarded Remmy with Aygul when I went out of town for a wedding. I was the Matron of Honor, and also doing all of the hair and makeup for the bridal party of 5, as well as the bride. It was a VERY busy weekend. While I was gone, Aygul was not willing to provide the proper care for my dog. He is elderly and needed to go out every 2-3 hours, which she was aware when I dropped him off with all his supplies including diapers to prevent any possible leakage. This shouldn’t be a problem for someone who agrees to board dogs. Aygul would only take Remmy out every 8 hours, which of course lead to accidents. I had provided cloth diapers for his stay, but they are not intended for full urination. These had filled up due to his lack of bathroom breaks, so I overnighted extra disposable diapers at her request. Aygul blamed his accidents on me and harassed me all day during the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and on the wedding day. She became aggressive when I couldn’t respond immediately due to the events that were going on for the wedding. She then cancelled my dog’s stay on the wedding day, knowing very well what was going on that day. This cancellation forced me to make other emergency arrangements during the preparation of the wedding and caused the wedding to run late. Additionally, Aygul was rude, threatening, and attacked my character. When my emergency contact picked my dog up, Aygul withheld all my belongings except for ONE diaper and a small baggy of food. She kept my food container, my food, my dog bowls, multiple cloth dog diapers, the laundry bag I sent should they need to be washed, and the brand new box of diapers I sent to her at her request. She used these items to try and extort additional funds from me. She also told me I would need to come in and scrub her carpet and sofa myself. I would have happily helped with a cleaning fee, but what she demanded was exorbitant, especially considering she was the main cause of any additional cleaning issues due to her animal neglect and lack of proper care for my dog. I provided everything my dog needed for a mess and problem free stay and then more at her request. I asked her to leave my items outside so I could pick them up and she threatened to call the police on me. Despite me attempting to work with her and resolve this situation, she refused to have any grace or understanding. I was never able to retrieve my items and had to replace them all to the turn of about $200. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a sitter and my dog is 18, I’ve had 4 other dogs prior to this and have never had any issues.

I was nervous using rover for my first time. Aygul was very responsive and proactive with all the questions/concerns I had. My babies were safe and loved and I’m very appreciative. Would book with her again if need be.

Thank you for taking such great care of little Tobin!

Information Aygul M. would like to know about your pet
I walk dogs three times a day and feed them twice a day. I’m also able to administer oral medications if needed. If your dog has any special needs—such as wearing diapers—please let me know in advance, as additional care may require an extra fee. I have a cat at home, so it’s important that your dog is cat-friendly and doesn’t chase or stress her. If you’re unsure how your dog behaves around cats, please let me know ahead of time so we can schedule a meet & greet to make sure everyone is comfortable. If your dog tends to have accidents indoors or cannot fully control their bathroom habits, please be honest about it. In such cases, I’ll keep your dog in a gated area without carpet when indoors, where they’ll be safe and visible. We’ll still have fun and play together during outdoor walks. However, if you don’t inform me in advance and your dog soils my carpet, a cleaning fee will be applied. Thank you for understanding and for trusting me with your pup!
A typical day
I take the dogs on three walks a day — morning, afternoon, and evening — to keep them active and happy. At home, we spend time playing with toys, relaxing on the cozy couch while watching TV, and enjoying calm moments with soft music. I also love giving belly rubs and offering treats for good behavior. If your pup enjoys cuddles, they’ll get lots of attention. If they prefer space, I respect that too. My daughter enjoys playing with pets — tossing toys for them or letting the cat chase a feather wand. Dogs are not allowed on the bed, but they’re welcome to relax with us on the couch. Every day is a balance of fun, comfort, and safety tailored to your dog’s personality. Please bring your dog’s food, bowls, leash, poop bags, bed or blanket, treats, toys, and anything else that helps them feel at home. It’s always better to have more than not enough!
