What sets me apart? I provide customized pet care and only take one dog at a time. And since I work from home, I ensure one-on-one attention for your dog. I am great at understanding dog behavior, learning their needs, and accommodating to their special requirements. I am extremely communicative (usually respond within minutes), provide daily quality photos, give updates throughout the day, and take the time to understand any of your concerns or requests. I have 10+ years of dog experience, from puppies to senior dogs. I'm affectionate, loving, patient, and responsible and know how much care goes into providing the best for your dog!

At home, I keep the floors clean and clear of objects that would be hazardous to curious dogs. I am alert while walking your dog - keeping an eye out for nearby dogs, oncoming traffic, and pedestrians. I live near the Capitol, an extremely safe area in a secure building with easy access to a wonderful area for your dog to explore.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, requirements, or behavioral concerns. I want to make sure you dog is as safe, healthy, and accommodated for as possible, so it helps to know any of their quirks, triggers, or concerns. Some questions to consider: * What triggers your dog? Garbage trucks, other dogs, etc. and at what level (barking, biting, aggression) * Does your dog require any special medical attention, medication, or have dietary restrictions? * What is their temperament during the day? Are they high energy or prefer to spend the day sleeping? * Do they have separation anxiety? (Whining, barking, scratching)
A typical day
I love to play with dogs and take them out for exercise! I live near the Capitol and National Mall, which is perfect for long walks with lot of interesting smells along the way. I provide positive reinforcement training, engaging games, and love to do dog enrichment activities. If your dog is good with other dogs, we will visit the nearby dog parks.

Availability
I work from home full time so I am available to take your fur baby out and play as often as needed! I am an active person and love to take long morning and evening walks and have a flexible schedule to customize to your needs. Your dog will receive, at minimum, 1-1.5 hours of walking a day (3+ walks a day). BOARDING I only board one dog at a time. I do not crate your dog, unless requested. Your dog will have full access to my apartment and can walk around and explore as they please. I keep my apartment extremely clean and is thoroughly cleaned between each dog stay. My puppy rate is higher due to the extra attention needed to care for puppies. This includes 24/7 supervision, potty training, basic obedience training, constant play, and of course, lots of play and cuddles!! DOGGIE DAYCARE I offer "doggy daycare" during the day, for 7-11 hours a day. I only accept one dog at a time in my home, so your dog will have my full attention during the day. TIPS Tips are optional but appreciated! Any tips would help offset the Rover fees (20%).
