Hey there! My name is Avery, and I absolutely adore dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have worked at a professional dog daycare and have raised my own dogs since they were puppies. I have been professionally trained in dog handling, including the ability to properly recognize dog body language and behavior. I can recognize when a dog is becoming stressed or overstimulated, and have the knowledge on how to bring them back to a calm state. I have worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes, from Chihuahuas to American Pit Bull Terriers to Newfoundlands- and I have yet to find a breed that I don’t adore! I've worked with puppies 2 months old to seniors 17 years old, as well as dogs with special needs conditions, such as arthritis, seizures, and skin infections. I can administer oral medication, give baths, and train dogs so that they may learn obedience and impulse control. I have extreme patience and stamina, so that I may match the energy of any dog.
